A true native of Stuart, Florida, he was born to Gillie and Virgie Bishop on December 19, 1928.
Before retiring, he was the owner of Ted Bishop Construction in Stuart. Ted served his country during the Korean War in the United States Army. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is lovingly survived by his three children, Mitzi Paskiewicz, Steven and Jeffrey Bishop; sisters, Winnie Williams and Thelma (CB) Hodapp; brother, Bob Bishop; four grandchildren, Jason Allen, Daniel Bishop, Cody Bishop and Tyler Bishop, along with his many nieces and nephews he held dear. He was also blessed with a lifetime of great friends.
He was predeceased by his sister, Evelyn Fox, his stepbrother John Reddish; his children’s mother, Rodeen; and his partner of many years, Irene Reese.
