Virginia Watson Hogan

Born in Mineola, New York, she had previously lived in New York before moving to Stuart forty years ago.

Mrs. Hogan was a processor in the banking business and had worked for Sea Coast National Bank in Stuart, FL for twenty years.

She was a member of St Andrews Catholic Church.

Mrs. Hogan is survived by her husband of 45 years, Joseph M. Hogan, Sr. of Stuart, Florida; son, Joseph M. Hogan, Jr., of Stuart, Florida; granddaughters, Kristen N. Bell of Port St. Lucie, FL, Brittany M. Grant, of Port St. Lucie, FL, Destiny Grant of Tennessee, and Nikita Curtis of Ocala, FL; grandsons, Joshua Hogan and Ryan Hogan, both of Stuart, Florida; sister, Sally Bouma of Chicago; brothers, Richard and Larry Watson of North Carolina, and her mother in law, Ruth Hogan.

She was predeceased by her daughters, Kathryn Hogan and Susan Hogan.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2011 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, and from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St Andrew Catholic Church in Stuart, Florida with interment to follow at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, Florida.
