Born in Andover, Massachusetts, William moved to the Treasure Coast 40 years ago, specifically Port St. Lucie and Stuart. He served in the Vietnam war in the British Armed Forces, and was a security consultant for over 20 years.
William is survived by his son, Leslie R. Jolliffe of Deland, Florida; brother, Richard K. Jolliffe and sister, Rosemary DesRochers both of California; nieces, Lindsay and Jennifer; nephews, Ian, Cameron, Parker and Brian.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Elizabeth Kenyon and Margaret Jolliffe.
