Carl Eugene England

Carl was born in Waynesboro to William Eugene England and Audrey Spray (Bowie) England on July 27, 1963. He worked as a Fabricator/Welder for Industrial Fabricators for 25 years. He was an Army veteran and was honorably discharged in 1989. He was heavily involved in local tractor pulls and enjoyed working on and modifying tractors to compete.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents, as well as a sister, Michelle England.

Carl is survived by a son; Carl “CJ” England Jr of Lyndhurst, a daughter Caitlin England of Short Pump; step-son Christopher Eppard (April) of Elkton; step-grandsons Tristan, Tanner and Trenton Eppard and special step-granddaughter Taryn Eppard. In addition, he is survived by his fiancée Pattie Courtney; Step-Father, Walter Bowie; a brother; John England (Heather), sisters; Cherry Collins (Sam) of Steels Tavern, Katrina Ulrich (Tracy) of Buena Vista; uncle Kirk Dedrick, and aunts Sheila Harris and Dixie Dedrick.

Per Carl’s wishes, no public services will be held.
