Kenneth Junior "Boonie" Campbell

Born June 10, 1970 in Waynesboro he was a son of Kenneth Austin Campbell and the late Catherine (Lipscomb) Campbell.

He was a member of Faith Worship Center, Stuarts Draft. As an avid outdoorsman, he greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a talented mechanic and loved restoring old trucks. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend to many.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by baby Grimm.

Survivors include his loving wife, Lora (Branch) Campbell; son, David “Smurf” Campbell and wife, Tracy, of Stuarts Draft; daughter, Felicia Vance and husband, Richard, of Stuarts Draft; one step grandson, Hayden Michael; two grandchildren, Emmy Vance and Alyssa Campbell; sister, Crystal Richardson and husband, Derek, of Stuarts Draft; nieces and nephews, Natasha Grimm and husband, Junior, T.J. Richardson and girlfriend, Ashley, and Kayla Richardson and husband, Jonathan; great nieces and nephews, Raeleigh, Olivia, Kanon, and Michael; and his k-9 companion, Fern.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 1870 Stuarts Draft Highway, Stuarts Draft.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Faith Worship Center, 2522 Tinkling Spring Road, Stuarts Draft with Pastor Dennis Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Stuarts Draft Mennonite Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Dale Loan, Allen Robertson, Derek Richardson, David Campbell, T.J. Richardson, Richard Vance, JR Grimm, and John Liptrap.
