Sara Ann (Swarey) Kinsinger

Born October 9, 1938 in Belleville, PA she was a daughter of the late Benjamin H. and Sadie (Peight) Swarey.

Sara was a member of Stuarts Draft Christian Fellowship Church and the Stuarts Draft Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She greatly enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Milton Kinsinger; brothers, Benjamin B. Swarey and Samuel Swarey; sister, Nannie Peachey; and daughter-in-law, Betty Lou Kinsinger.

Surviving are her four sons, Simon Kinsinger of Stuarts Draft, Ervin Kinsinger of Stuarts Draft, Steven Kinsinger and his wife, Nancy of Mount Solon, and Alton Kinsinger of Stuarts Draft; 11 grandchildren, Denise Kinsinger, Thomas Kinsinger, Debbie Bradley, Edgar Kinsinger, Daniel Kinsinger, Ervin Jay Kinsinger II, Amber Kinsinger, Dana Hege, Audrey Witmer, Shaun Kinsinger, and Charity Rose Kinsinger; sister, Rachel Miller and husband, Raymond of Paris, TN; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 1870 Stuarts Draft Highway, Stuarts Draft.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Pilgrim Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery, 2480 Tinkling Spring Road, Stuarts Draft with Pastor Bruce Swartz officiating. All who plan to attend are asked to meet directly at the cemetery. Following the graveside service, all are invited for a meal and a time of fellowship at Stuarts Draft Christian Fellowship Church, 216 Howardsville Turnpike, Stuarts Draft.

Active pallbearers will be Daniel Kinsinger, Ervin Jay Kinsinger II, Shaun Kinsinger, Thomas Kinsinger, Toby Kinsinger, and Shad Kinsinger.
