Born April 18, 1942 in Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Hubert I. Potter and Pauline (Grant) and Woodrow Wilson Hunsinger.
Vicky was a member of Church of God, a Worldwide Association. Prior to retirement, she worked as an office administrator at Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA. Vicky greatly enjoyed gardening.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Phillips.
She is survived by numerous cousins and special friends.
Following cremation, a private burial will be held at Grant Family Cemetery, Montebello.
