Jane Anne Tufts Boyle

A memorial service for Jane Anne Tufts Boyle of Sudbury, Massachusetts and Harborside, Maine will be held at 12:00 o’clock Noon, Saturday, July 26, 2014 at the Duckett-J. S. Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Road, Route 20, Sudbury. She was 74 and the beloved wife of the late Robert Francis Boyle. Born in Boston March 20, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Ropes Tufts and Anna J. (MacKinnon) Tufts. Raised and educated in Milton, she was a graduate of Milton High School and attended the Kathryn Gibbs School in Boston. A resident of Sudbury for many years, Jane loved her family and friends. Over the years she held a special fondness for her dogs and horses and loved to ride horseback. She is survived by her devoted daughter and caregiver for the past eight years, JoAnne Tufts-Boyle Strenck and her husband Louis Francis Strenck of Sudbury; her sister, Gail Tufts Snider of Sudbury; sisters in law, Mary Fox of Wellfleet, Dorothy Boyle of Weymouth and Phyllis Boyle of New York. She also leaves her the step-grandchildren, Dawn Ruggio and Lindsey Strenck and step great grandchildren Gabrielle and Chloe Ruggio as well as many nieces and nephews.
