Mary Margaret Dickson

Born December 8, 1935 in Dorchester, she was the daughter of Cyril and Julia (Griffith) Fisher. Mary graduated from Cathedral High School in Boston and worked for the telephone company for several years. Mrs. Dickson relocated to Sudbury over fifty years ago and worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Ann Kirk, DDS in Sudbury until she retired.

Beloved wife for 62 years of Robert Francis “Bob” Dickson, Jr.; devoted mother of Robert Dickson III (Cathy) of Warren, Linda Martin (Scott) of Bass River, Karen Langdell (Rick) of Johnson, VT, Paul Dickson of Saugus, Mark Dickson (Tanya) of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Scott Dickson of Stillwater, NJ, Nancy Dickson of Marlborough; loving sister of Lillian Waite (William) of Brunswick, ME, the late Cyril “Sonny” Fisher, Jr. of Hull, Bernadette “Bunny” Alexander of Weymouth, Anne Rams of Wareham, and Debbie Wilson of Quincy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, February 13, at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 160 Concord Road, Sudbury. All guests are invited to meet directly at the church. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Sudbury.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
