Of Sudbury passed away following a brief illness on Friday December 23, 2022 at age 94.
Born in Roscommon Ireland, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret Stritch. Mary was the beloved wife of the late John McGurn, and the devoted mother of Thomas McGurn and his wife Elizabeth of Maynard, and Timothy McGurn of Sudbury. She was the proud grandmother of Kate McGurn, Sean McGurn, Daniel McGurn, Bridget McGurn, and great-grandmother of Jack McGurn all of Maynard.
Mary was a housekeeper for many years at Sudbury Pines Nursing Home.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Duckett – J.S. Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Road (Rt. 20) Sudbury, on Saturday December 31, 2022 at 11:00 AM followed by interment at Wadsworth Cemetery, Sudbury. Visiting Hours will be on Friday December 30, 2022 from 4-7 PM in the Funeral Home.
