He was born in Dayton, OH, and was a resident of Sudbury since 2009. He graduated from the College of William and Mary in VA before earning his law degree from Yeshiva University in NYC. Tim worked as a legal aide to many and was self-studied in political economics, mathematics and philosophy. He was an intelligent and talented man and will be dearly missed.
Beloved son of Karen Mitchell of Sudbury and Joseph Deering of Alabama; loving brother of Rebecca Reed and her partner Stacey of Westborough; loving nephew of Stephanie Lapham of Newton, George Stoyanoff of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many cousins including, Casey, Jamie and Sandy Pelkowsky, all of Newton, also many extended relatives, friends, peers and colleagues.
A memorial service will be held at 3PM on Thursday, May 4, at the Duckett-J.S. Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Rd, Sudbury.
Calling hours will precede the service from 1-3PM at the funeral home.
