Harald R. Torsoe

Torsoe, Harald R. of Airmont, NY. Died March 14, 2011 at age 73. Born April 16, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY to Karsten J. and Astrid (Jernes) Torsoe. He lived in Kristiansand Norway until he was 18years then he moved back to the US where he served honorably in the US Army. He is the co-owner of Torsoe Brothers Construction Corp. in Suffern since1962. Survived by his beloved wife of 45 years Inga, loving children Steven Harald Torsoe (wife Jacquelyn) and Venka Torsoe Lusk (husband David), cherished grandchildren Karsten David Lusk, Kirsten Elizabeth Torsoe and Kendra Jacquelyn Torsoe, and caring siblings Kenneth Torsoe (wife Brigitte) and Arne Torsoe (wife Aileen). Visitation Sunday 4:00 to 6:00pm at the Nanuet Lutheran Church 107 North Middletown Road in Nanuet. Funeral Service Sunday evening, 6:00pm at the Church. Interment Monday at Airmont Lutheran Cemetery. Funeral Procession will leave Nanuet Luthern Church at 11am.
