

He is preceded in death by his wife, Olivena Fabre, and is survived by his 4 daughters: Lilienne Fabre Charlot and her husband. Marlene Fabre Erol and her husband, Marie Jose Fabre, and Georges Mylene Fabre Querette, and her husband. His 4 grandchildren: Vicky Fabre Desir, Angela Christy Etienne, Oliver James Querette, and Johencia Thalia Sidney. His great grandchildren, Bryan Desir and Abigail Desir. His sisters, Armelle Fabre and Ghislene Fabre. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Born and raised in Les Cayes, Haiti on June 13th, 1929 to Armellie Fabre and Christian Labossiere. He grew up with many siblings. As he got older, he worked as a truck driver, and placed well known monuments in Port au Prince. He was a hard worker and provided for his family. He moved to Port Au Prince, and at the age of 25, he met his wife, Olivena. They started their family with 6 daughters with only 4 surviving.
William, well known as Papy will be fondly remembered as a loving husband, father, grandpa, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Papy was the patriarch of the Fabre family. His family will continue to pass on the love that he gave in his memory.
