They happily raised their two children in their beautifully designed custom home that brought many years of happiness to friends and family. After working 20 years as a clerk in the receiver of taxes office in Ramapo Town Hall, Joan retired. Afterwards, she and Richard relocated to St. Augustine, Florida. While there, they enjoyed and embraced retirement. They loved to travel and vacation with their family on cruises spending time with their grandchildren.
Joan loved to lunch with “the ladies,” and go on walks across the St. Augustine Bridge. Joan will be sorely missed by her family and friends in New York, Florida, Los Angeles and Chicago. Her love for big dogs, modern art and antiques will never be matched.
