Maureen A. Young

Maureen Young, age 71, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2018 at Ramapo Manor in Suffern, NY. She was born on April 14, 1947 in the Bronx, NY and attended St. Nicholas of Tolentine High School. She worked for over twenty years at Nyack Hospital in Rockland County.

She is survived by her children Edward Young and his wife, Michelle; Susan Holbrook and her husband, Matthew; Christine Young, and grandchildren Lauren Young, Desmond Holbrook, and Sydney Holbrook. She is also survived by her siblings, John Roach, Peggy Roach, Peter Roach, Joseph Roach, and Cathy Roach. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Josephine Roach.

Services will take place at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home in Suffern, NY. Viewing: Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. There will be Mass at Sacred Heart Parish Church, Suffern, NY Monday April 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Private Cremation.
