She was happily married to Robert Dufresne for over 60 years. Anita was proud to be a registered nurse for over 50 years and worked with many health care providers including Woonsocket Hospital and Southwest Memorial Hospital in Houston. She had a passion for helping others, reading, traveling, shopping, and finding exceptional bakeries.
Anita was preceded in death by her beloved parents and in-laws, and many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Dufresne; her daughters, Audrey Dufresne (Mark Bodien) and Amy Edwards; and her brother, Bruce Belanger and his family.
