Brian was born April 30, 1966 in Houston. He was the son of Lawrence and Mary Patricia Phelps. Brian worked overtime in several fields but had recently been diligently caring for his mother until her passing.
Brian was a proud Texan who enjoyed everything about cars. He enjoyed working on them and would attend classic car shows.
Brian was predeceased by his mother Pat, and his father Larry.
Brian is survived by his uncle James Hilburn, aunt Joyce Daniels, and cousins Drew and Mary Hilburn, and Craig and Kimberly Daniels.
As per Brian’s request, no service or memorial will be held.
