
Lana Lee Ogg Bristow Born to Roy Elston Ogg and Orpha Mae Rostad Ogg on May 27, 1942 in Rawlins WY passed away at her home in Sugar Land Texas on March 9, 2017 surrounded by her son, Scott Daniel and many friends. Lana grew up in Sinclair WY attending elementary school, and then graduated from Rawlins High School, Rawlins WY. She attended Casper Jr. College in Casper, WY. Lana married Daniel Aubrey Bristow from Enid, Oklahoma and moved to Grants NM. Aubrey's profession took them to Las Vegas, NV; Oklahoma City, OK; Denver CO; and finally to Sugar Land, TX. Lana was a true musician through God given talents. Lana's greatest musical passion was the piano. She carried on her father's and grandfather's family legacy of musical talents. She had a very successful business as a piano teacher since she was in high school. Lana gave testimony to her Lord Jesus Christ and found comfort in hard times through her music. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Lana is survived by her son Scott Daniel Bristow (Sandi), grandson Caleb Daniel, mother Orpha Ogg, sister Darla Hapgood and 3 nieces Barbara Rasco, RoiLynn Campbell and Allison Pittman. She is preceded in death by her husband Aubrey Daniel Bristow, father Roy Elston Ogg and nephew Chris Hapgood. Lana served the Lord with fellow believers at Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Sugar Land TX. She will be long remembered and greatly missed. Lana's reception and celebration of life will be on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Sugar Creek Baptist Church Chapel.
