She was a native of Crowley and resided in Sulphur for the past 43 years.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Robert Shay of Sulphur; three daughters, Rhonda Shay and husband, John Courtney of Lake Jackson, Texas, Robyn LeJune of Sulphur and her children, Chase Guidry, Sami LeJune, and Robi LeJune, and Ricki Shay of Kingwood and her child, Graham Shay.
Her funeral will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Indian Bayou Methodist Church Cemetery in Rayne. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
