Doris lived most of her life in Texas, before moving back to Sulphur. She enjoyed dancing and gambling. She loved watching butterflies and hummingbirds. Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be greatly missed.
Those left behind to cherish her memories are her loving companion, Henry Carrel of Sulphur; two sons, Mark Anthony Meneses and wife, Dawn of Vidor, TX; and Chad Elizondo of Sulphur; a granddaughter, Christina Elizondo of Austin, TX; former husband, Roy Meneses, and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marcus Elizondo, husband, Lawrence J. LeBlanc, parents, Thomas and Bernice Daigle, sister, Jeanette Cormier, and sister, Joyce Daigle.
Funeral services will be a graveside on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Farquhar Cemetery under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial, Sulphur, LA.
