Shane was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur. He enjoyed writing short stories, watching television, reading comic books, and going to church. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Lake Charles.
Survivors include his siblings, Marvin Everett Tennison and wife, Diana of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Candice Jean Candlen and husband, Thomas, and Kirk Louis Tennison, all of Sulphur. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie and Yvonne Tennison; and a brother, Danny E. Tennison.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 8, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Frances LaRocque will officiate.
