

Leo was a Hackberry native who lived in Sulphur since 1984. He attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He was a Korean War Veteran of the US Marine Corps, and worked for Mobile Oil for 42 years. Leo Tutored at R.W. Vincent Elementary for at least 9 years, and was a member of the Hackberry Reunion Committee for 13 years.
Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Flossie Vincent, of Sulphur; son Glen Vincent and his wife, Mary, of Hackberry; daughters, Dianna Vincent Jernigan and her husband, Pat, of Houston, Texas, and Lanette Vincent Stansel and her husband, Kirk, of Hackberry, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

His funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2012, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Sulphur. The Rev. Aubrey Guilbeau will officiate. Burial will be in the New Hackberry Cemetery under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 5-9 p.m. with a scripture service at 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service, all at the funeral home.
