Lillie Evette Oliver, 2, passed into the arms of her Savior on Friday, April 25, 2025. She was born on July 29, 2022 in Jennings, Louisiana. Lillie enjoyed playing with her brothers, dressing up, putting on different shoes, and riding her toy bus at daycare. She loved the colors pink and green like a little Lillie Pad, and enjoyed chocolate. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her nurses at daycare. Lillie was loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her parents, Jennifer Oliver and Joshua Oliver; five brothers, Bentley Oliver, Hans Oliver, Silas Oliver, Milo Oliver, and Christopher Bertrand; along with two sisters on the way; maternal grandparents, Brenda Newman of Hackberry, Louisiana, Angelo Newman of Ragley, Louisiana; paternal grandparents, Paul and Kerstin Oliver of Welsh; great grandmother, Carolyn Lee of Hecker, Louisiana; four aunts, Amy Kratzer, Chasity Newman, Margaret Newman, and Anna Oliver; along with her uncle, James Henriksen.
Lillie is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Max Henriksen; maternal great grandfather, Archie Lee; maternal great grandmother, Mary Jane Hebert; along with her paternal great grandparents, Pete and Willa Mae Oliver.
A Celebration of Lillie’s life will be held at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial in Sulphur, Louisiana on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 10:00 am. Visitation will be at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Friday, from 8:30 am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Hebert Cemetery in Hecker, Louisiana.
