Linda Sue Golden

Linda Sue Golden, age 75, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022 in a local hospice. She was a lifelong resident of Sulphur. Linda enjoyed gardening, playing the piano, horseback riding, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Known for her spontaneity, she had a zest for adventure and always had a cure for boredom. Survivors include her children, Michelle Morgan and spouse, David Reon of DeQuincy, John Morgan and Lester Golden, both of Sulphur, and Mary Golden Meaux and husband, David of Lafayette; and her seven grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Sylvia Rhoades; and brother, Isom Rhoades. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 1, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home.
