

She was a native of Crowley and was a longtime resident of Carlyss. Lou Anna enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was a member of South Sulphur Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Johnny Deville; her children, Robert Deville, Nelson Deville and wife, Jody, all of Carlyss, Roxanna Hardy and husband, Robert, and Juanita Deville, all of Sulphur; siblings, Gene Arabie of Carlyss and Ida Mae Williams of Sulphur; four grandchildren, Rebecca Burgess, Steven Hardy, Hilda Hardy, and Etienne J. Hardy; and four great-grandchildren, Scarlett Hardy, Seth Hardy, Sophie Hardy, and Noah Burgess. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Edolia Arabie; a son, Johnny Deville, Jr; and a brother, Raymond Arabie.
Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, in South Sulphur Church of Christ. Minister Ray Hyatt will officiate. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held in the funeral home from 3-9 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday in the church.
