Every year the week after Thanksgiving, Margie, Beverly and I would “speed” shop! We had our lists and we would hit every mall between Baton Rouge and Houston! Margie would bring her little peanut butter sandwich bc she knew when Bev and I were in the zone we would sometimes skip lunch! We always had plenty of laughter and lots of fun. Those were the days…….
