She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert L. Trahan Jr; her children, Brenda Trahan Shope, Nancy Trahan Cooper, Robert Lyndon Trahan and wife, Davenna, and Sheldon Lee Trahan and wife, Melissa; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, in Mimosa Pines South Cemetery in Carlyss. The Rev. Nay Vickers will officiate. Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. Monday in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
