Phillip was a native of Sulphur. He enjoyed Gardening and fishing. He truley loved his family.
Survivors include his fiance Linda Young of Sulphur; mother Sadie Kinney of Sulphur; daughter Katrina Jones of Leesville; step sons John Wayne Marceaux of Tyler, TX, and Kenny Wade Marceaux of Lake Charles; brother Charles Kinney and his wife Cynthia, of Carlyss; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father Emmett Kinney.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Gerry Boulanger and the Rev. Nay Vickers will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Monday with a rosary at 7 p.m., and from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Tuesday.
