Sherry Dell Trahan

Sherry was a longtime member of Our Lady of Lasalette Catholic Church in Sulphur. Being with her family was the most important thing to her. She enjoyed listening to French music, keeping up to date with current events. She loved her companion, Cricket Dell.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are a daughter, Phyllis Fontenot and husband, David; six grandchildren, Tiffiney Soileau and fiance', Howard Parker, Shane Fontenot, Shauna Jagneaux and husband, Nickolaus, Bristi Boykin, Jered Boykin and wife, Desiree', and Breonna Bishop and husband, Michael Bishop, Jr; twelve great- great children; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Trahan, daughter, Tammy Boykin, son, Bob Boykin, parents, Clarence and Lucia Como, and a brother, J.C. Como.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial with Rev. Andrews Kollannoor, M.S. officiating. Burial will follow in Mimosa Pines in Carlyss.
