Wally Joseph Gros

Wally worked and retired in the Pipeline Field as a Welder. He belonged to the Local Union 798. Wally loved being in the outdoors, but especially hunting and fishing. He was a member of Ducks unlimited and the NRA. Wally's faithful companions were his furbabies: Nicholas and Natty Girl.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Billie Ruth Ellender Gros, two brothers, Gregory Lee Gros and Robert Alan Gros, and brother-in-law, Rick Pine.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Patriica Gros; his father, Wallace Joseph "Buddy" Gros; sister, Lucille Gros Dronet and husband, Johnny; sister, Donna Renee Gros; brother, Randy Ray Gros and wife, Kat; sister-in-law, Jackie Pine McDaniel and husband, Glenn; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be private under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery. Father Luke Krzanowski will officiate. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.hixsonsulphurmemorial.com for the Gros family.
