Debbie was raised in California and, upon graduation from High School, she followed in her father’s footsteps, joining the United States Army where she excelled in leadership. After leaving the Army, Debbie settled in Graham, WA.
An avid animal lover and loyal fan of good mystery stories, all of her animals were named after various mystery authors.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Charles. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Parnell and sisters Janice Wilmering, Colleen Parnell, Patricia Parnell, Kathleen Parnell and Karen Trammel.
At her request, Deborah was cremated and funeral arrangements are private.
