Elisabeth Teresa Ross

Elisabeth T. Ross Elisabeth T. Ross of Milton, WA left us on Monday, June 2nd, 2014. She was born in Bamburg, Germany on June 28th, 1933. While in Germany she met and married her husband of 38 years, Louis C. Ross, and shortly after moved to Illinois. After living in Germany a few more years, they settled in Lawton, OK, where she became a US citizen. Elisabeth lived an extraordinary life that spanned across two countries. Mom worked several jobs, but found her true calling and excelled at being a homemaker. An amazing cook and baker, she was dedicated to her needle work, as well as being a passionate European soccer fan. Mom also had a tremendous love for dogs, birds, and orchids. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her sons Hans Ross (Betty) and LeRoy Ross, daughters Annette Hustead (Rick) and Delores Gayere (Christope), grandsons Alex, Christopher, Kevin, and Nickolas, grand daughters Kara and Maya, great-grandsons, Xaiden and Brody, and her dogs Bella and Buddy. There will a time of visitation from 9:30 until the funeral service at 11:00, both on Friday, June 6th, at Powers Funeral Home in Sumner, WA. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Lawton, OK.
