In September 1972, at the age of seventeen, Harold joined the US Navy. He served 3 years active duty and 3 years in the reserve. He was an E-3 Airman in the Aviation Division. After being discharged from the Navy, he lived in Michigan, where he completed his education.
Harold moved out to the Seattle area several years later. He started work as a short order cook, and at the time of his passing, was working for World Pac, where he had been employed for 19 years.
Harold loved his sports, especially NASCAR (favorite driver being Greg Biffle). He also was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings, Twins, and Golden Gophers. He shared his enjoyment of sports with several of his brothers and sisters. Harold recently renewed his love for fishing and went as often as he could. He liked to go with his sister Debbie and coworker Kathy. Harold also loved anything that flew; a carryover from his Navy Days. He was a fan of the Blue Angels and hot air balloons, and enjoyed visiting the Boeing Flight Museum.
In October 2011, Harold was in a serious car accident. He did not let his injuries get him down. He was a fighter, and he fought hard to get back to his normal activities. He was very strong-willed and determined. Even after having to have further surgery in the fall of 2012, he stayed strong and soon returned to work. Throughout his recovery time, his company was there for him, allowing him to return to work in his same position, even after many months away. They were a second family to him.
Harold was a very caring and compassionate person, with a great sense of humor. He always had a smile on his face, and loved to make people laugh. He enjoyed playing pranks with his co-workers. He always kept in close touch with his family. He was a wonderful big brother. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.
Harold is survived by his Mother and Step-Father, Ruth & Roger Paulson, brothers Don Frasier and Dennis Frasier, and sisters Debbie Coburn, Linda Sheppard, and sister and brother-in-law Patty & Cory Bell, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Bruce Frasier.
