Jeffery Allen Phipps Sr. was a beloved man who cared a lot about his country which led him to serve in the United States Army. This opportunity gave Jeffery Phipps Sr. a way to make a better life for his wife and children. Jeffery Phipps Sr. was a great provider that was not only there for his family but for his military family as well. Jeffery Phipps Sr. had a heart that he wore on his sleeve and all who know and love him were shown that heart.
