

Leo Oliver Wolfe was born on Mar. 14, 1926 in Seattle, WA to Oliver and Francis Wolfe. He graduated from O'Dea High School and joined the U.S, Navy, serving in WWII. He married his loving wife of 56 years, Erdine, on Nov. 18, 1947. She preceded him in death in June, 2004. Leo enjoyed the outdoors, and spent much time hunting and camping with his family. He was a master at car repairs, doing income taxes, playing pinochle, cribbage, and bowling. He and Erdine volunteered countless hours at Puyallup's All Saints Catholic Church, Food Bank, and the Rainier School at Buckley. He is survived by his 4 children, Teresa Morrell (Dan), Linda Hill (Tom), Doug Wolfe (Jeannette), and Paul Wolfe (Dee); his sister Agnes Packard, his brothers Leonard and Richard Wolfe; 13 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren. Leo was an active supporter of the American Cancer Society 's Relay For Life , the St. Joseph School for Lakota Indians, and the American Diabetes Association . Donations to any of these groups in his honor would be appreciated. Leo's funeral is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Sumner, Washington, at 11:00 AM. The family would especially like to thank the staff at Stafford Suites in Sumner for the outstanding 3-1/2 years of caring and support he received there.
