Calvin passed away in his home, surrounded by his family, on December14, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lula, His 3 daughters- Glenda (Mike) Gilbert, Melodie (Donald) Bernaugh, and Marsha Bowman. His son William. He has 15 grandchildren Angela, Michael Dale, Christa, Billy, Johnny, Bonnie, Becky, Shane, Delicia, Eliana, Brandon, Breanna, Robbie, Jesse, and Jayden. He has 6 great-grandchildren Dustin, Tyler, Destany, Hayden, Elexia, Kara, and Brayden. He is also survived by 1 brother Donald, and 1 sister Bertha. He was met in heaven by his parents William and Jessie Davis, sisters Mary, Betty, Hazel, Dorothy, and brothers Herman, Joe, and Roger.
Calvin was born July 20, 1923 in South Solan Ohio. He attended school in Ohio and worked at the water treatment plant in Dayton, Ohio before becoming a successful businessman. He bought and sold several businesses and real estate properties in Ohio and in Arizona after relocating here in 1971.
He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.
