Constance Marie Evens Glass

Constance (Connie) Marie Evens Glass, 71, of Mesa, AZ passed away surrounded by her loving family on May 10, 2015. She will be forever loved and missed by her beloved husband of 52 years, Monroe A. Glass, their three loving daughters Terri Sheehy (Ted Reisdorf, TJ, Sloane), Traci Glass (Jeremy Guthrie), and Tina Ham (Steve Ham ), loving nephew John Fifer, two dear grandchildren, McKenna Grace and Jackson Wendell, as well as her beloved dogs, Salty and Sugar. She is preceded in death by her sister Billie Gene Fifer, her nephew Michael Gene Fifer, and her parents, Harland W. and Della M. Evens. Connie was a devoted and loving Wife, Mother, Grammy and friend. She was a dedicated Librarian in the Mesa Public School District for over 15 years, guiding and caring for her students through their education. She loved playing games with friends whom she adored, was an active member of the Daughters of the Revolution and loved traveling to her second home every summer in Gold Beach, Oregon. She touched so many lives with her loving and nurturing spirit, and she will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved her. The Memorial Service will be at 3:00 pm, Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Rd., Mesa, AZ. Arrangements are entrusted to Sunland Mortuary, Sun City, AZ.
