

Daniel Lee Antonaros was born February 13, 1949 in Inglewood, CA and spent most of his life as a Californian. Danny passed away in Peoria, AZ with his family by his side, on May 26, 2022 from liver cancer. He was preceded in death by his father Walter Kimon Antonaros, and mother Romania Armistice Antonaros, brother Mickey Antonaros, and dear friend Rick Marone. Left behind are his loving wife Faith Antonaros; son Scott Mitchell; daughter Stacy Clark (Greg); grandchildren August and India Clark; fur babies Romey and L.S.; sisters Karen Solomon and Cheryl Antonaros; niece Denise Fridley; great-nephews Derek Lee Fridley and Troy Fridley, as well as many other nieces and nephews.
Danny lived a full life, rich with adrenaline and responsibility. He was a loving and very kind man that deserved respect. Danny served his country in the United States Air Force and never lost the love he had for flight or airplanes in general. He learned skills like aviation mechanics and underwater wielding. Danny went on to teach a wielding course and certification when he returned home at a local college. While Danny ran his successful trucking business, Antonaros Trucking, he always found spare time to build Harley Davidsons as well as race sprint cars and hydro boats. Some of his best and most talked about memories included summers at Bass Lake with his family. His most recent favorite thing to do was to spend as much time with his grandchildren as possible. Danny was famous for his jalapeño gravy and biscuits and known for his love of the Green Bay Packers. He is loved and missed greatly by his family and friends.
