David Ray Kerkhoff, age 72, passed on May 22nd, 2020 in Goodyear, Arizona. He was born on January 14th, 1948 in Lafayette, Indiana to Raymond and Jean Kerkhoff. He is survived by his loving wife and children Janet, Lisa (Chris) Kayla, Ryan, Jenna and Rebecca & Karen (William) Tyrese and Candace. He is also survived by four brothers Joe, Bob, Richard and Chuck.

His family will be holding his Memorial Service with a personal invite
