Don was born on May 8, 1925 in Elmhurst Park, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois to James Sullivan and Maryellen McKenna. Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a devout catholic and member of Our Lady of Lourdes and Prince of Peace Catholic Churches.
He will be forever loved and deeply missed by his family. He is survived by one son James (Amie) Sullivan, three daughters Kathleen (Charles) Masberg, Colleen (Richard) Bullen and Debra (Joseph) Belanger. In his years, he cherished all of his grandchildren: Michelle, Erika, Theresa, Aaron, Stacy, Marjorie, James, Kimberly, Nicholas and Katherine; and all of his great-grandchildren: Mary, Charlie, Irelyn, Ashlyn, Logan, Gavin, Rose, Isaac, Joseph, Gianna, Harley, Hunter and Ashton.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:30 PM, May 9, 2015 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church Chapel, 14818 W. Deer Valley Drive, Sun City West, AZ. Private Final Committal to follow.
