Obituario de Elsie Eileen Smith

Sunland Memorial Park, Mortuary & Cremation Center

Elsie Eileen Smith, a woman of profound kindness and unwavering faith, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026, at the age of 88.

Born on June 28, 1937, Elsie was one of twelve siblings in a loving family. Growing up in such a large family shaped her into the sweet and caring woman everyone knew her to be. Her life was defined by two great pillars: her deep, unconditional love for her family and her devotion to the North Hills Church of God, where she found great joy, strength, and community.

While we mourn the loss of her gentle spirit here on earth, we take comfort in knowing she has found peace. Elsie was ready to go home and reunite with those she had missed so dearly: her beloved husband, Tom Sr., her son, James, and the nine brothers and sisters who went before her.

Elsie’s legacy of warmth lives on through her son, Tommy, and her two younger sisters, Georgeanna and Dolores, as well as a large extended family who will miss her dearly. She will be remembered by all who knew her as a woman who cared deeply, prayed fervently, and loved without end.

"Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever." — Psalm 23:6
