Evan E. Davey

He was born on June 16th, 1923 in the District of Spauldings in the parish of Clarendon, Jamaica West Indies. He migrated to the United States in 1952 and later became a citizen in 1957.

Evan spent his career as a television audio technician for the Columbia Broadcasting System for 33 years and retired in 1985.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years Joyce, son Peter, step-son Gary, daughters Paulette and Naomi, sisters Marie, Winnie, Joyce, Shirley, Laura and Lucy, brother Kelvin, 10 grandchildren, 4 great- grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many many loving friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday February 11th from 9:30 to 10:00am in the Lakeside Chapel at Sunland Mortuary, 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd Sun City, AZ 85351. Funeral Service and Entombment will immediately follow.

Directions to Sunland

1. From the 101 Loop, please take Bell Rd. exit and head West.

2. Travel westbound past 99th Ave until you reach Del Webb Blvd.

3. Turn Left (South) on Del Webb Blvd. and travel past the golf course.

4. Turn right on Sunland Blvd., which is in between St. Clements of Rome Catholic Church and Fountain of Life Lutheran Church.

5. Proceed into the Park, curving around the Mausoleum with the Dove and Rainbow mural.

6. The Lakeside Chapel is located inside the Mortuary Building which is to the right of the large flagpole.
