Freda Marie Thomas Brixey Deisz went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Freda was born on December 26, 1924 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was the youngest of 13 children born to John Wesley and Frankie Roseanna Thomas. She is proceeded in death by her two husbands, Clarence Brixey and Mathias Deisz; and her two sons Ronald Brixey and Roger Brixey. She leaves behind her daughter, Rebecca, brother Theodore, seven grandchildren,18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Freda moved from Tahlequah, OK to Kansas City, KS in 1947 and then to Phoenix, AZ in 1960. She enjoyed raising her family, helping run the family construction business, sewing and visiting with family and friends.
A graveside service for Freda will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Sunland Memorial Park & Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351.
