Helen Gertrude Bailey

Helen was born in Norwich, CT on 7 November 1932. She was a long-time resident of Chula Vista, CA before relocating in 2018 to AZ. Helen was an LVN for most of her adult life. Upon retiring from nursing, she would volunteer at the local elementary school. She was always full of laughter, love and warmth. She would always treat you as one of her own. Helen knew nothing short of unconditional love. In her spare time, she loved dancing, playing bingo, doing puzzles and going to garage sales and was a huge fan of water fights. She loved watching her wrestling as well as being a devoted Raiders fan.

She is survived by her sister: Joan Frechette of Norwich, CT. Her 5 children, Joseph (Shauna) of Crestview, FL, Barbara Horner (Charles (d)) of Sun City West, AZ, Frank (Peggy) of Savage, MN, Phyllis Bailey (Laurie) of Sun City West, AZ and Clayton (Shelly) of Sun City West, AZ. Her 9 Grandchildren: Briana, Drew, Jennifer, Ashley, Cherokee, Desiree, Clayton Jr., Michael, Ralph, and her 7 Great grandchildren.

Her gravesite services will be held 4 June 2022 at 10:00 am at Mt. Hope Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
