Helen L. Porter, 92, passed away on June 24, 2015 in Sun City, Arizona. She was born on November 27, 1922 to Peter and Anna Repoff in Limestone, Pennsylvania. Helen graduated from Clarion-Limestone High School. She previously lived in Connecticut and moved to Arizona in 1983.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband James V. Porter; parents; brothers, George, Paul, Joseph, Arlie and Fred Repoff; and sisters, Kathleen Repoff and Ruth Rozman. She is survived by three sisters, Mamie Repoff, Dorothy Hollobaugh, Nellie Shumaker and a brother, Nick Repoff; nephew David Hetrick, raised as her son; and many relatives.
Burial of her cremated remains will be at 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Sunland Memorial Park-Garden of Valor. A memorial gathering will follow burial at the Traditional Life Care Group Home.
