Janet Bev "Bev" Robinson

She was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She was active in service and sports organization and held many offices in the I.O.D.E. including Provincial President, Alberta.

Bev was honored with three life memberships, Primary, Provincial and National. She also held the offices of President, Edmonton Ladies Kiwanis Club, Northern Alberta Ladies Curling Association, Edmonton Curling Club and Edmonton Golf and Country Club. In Sun City she was Chairman of the Lakes West Golf Club.

Bev is preceded in death by her husband J.E. “Ernie” Robinson August 1, 2002.

One song can spark a moment,

One Flower can wake a dream.

One tree can start a forest,

One bird can herald spring.

One smile begins a friendship,

One handclasp lifts a soul.

One star can guide a ship at sea

One word can frame the goal.

One vote can change a nation,
