John Petty passed away in his home on the afternoon of March 29, 2025, surrounded by his family. John lived a blessed life focused on faith, family, service and kindness. He was married to the love of his life for 52 years, raised 3 children, and left behind a legacy of love and happiness. He will be missed dearly.
John is survived by his children: Dawn and her husband Tim Henrickson, Gina and her husband Richard Coleman and Eric and wife Jennifer Petty; grandchildren: Jessica and her husband Jeff Hall, Ricci and her husband Garrett Hofferber, Elizabeth Fischer, Kalie and her husband Ryan Hunter, Ashley and her husband Caleb Pratt and Austin Petty; great grandchildren: Aaron and Rory Hall, Jack and Michael Fischer, Dean and Maverick Hofferber; siblings: Linda and her husband Gary Thorp.
Donations to Hospice of the Valley are preferred in lieu of flowers.
