Judith Ann Sattelmeier was born in Enid, Oklahoma on September 2, 1941, to Marion and Velma (Schroeder) Eggers. She Graduate from Garber High school in OK in 1959. She Married Bruce L Sattelmeier on February 9th, 1961, at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairmont, Oklahoma. Bruce Proceeded Judy in Death in 1999. Judith would retire in September of 2005 at the age of 56 from the civil engineer squadron located at Luke AFB where she worked as a computer operator. She was a member of Fountain of Life Lutheran Church in Sun City, Arizona. Judy also Volunteered for Sun City Meals on Wheels, West valley thrift shop, Meals of Joy and Peoria Theater Works. She was also a member of the Fountain of Life quilting group. Through Judith's life she touched the lives of many through her career and willingness to help others through devoted volunteer work.
Judy is survived by her son Clark and his wife Shannon of Glendale, Arizona, Daughter Carrie of El Mirage, Arizona, Step grandchildren, Chrystenn (Randy) Kammerer of Maricopa, Arizona, Ashlee (Brandon) Hall-Wallace of Maricopa, Arizona and Joshua Douglas of Phoenix, Arizona. Great Grandchildren, Catelynn, Zachary, Ella, Lilee and Kody. Sisters-in-law Jo Sattelmeier of Hayesville, North Carolina, Avis Garrett of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and her beloved German Shepherd Roxie.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents and sister Sharon Garud of Fresno, California. Services will be held at Fountain of Life Lutheran Church 15630 N. Del Webb Blvd. Sun City, Arizona 8504. Interment will be at Louis B Hazelton Memorial Park in Buckeye, Arizona. Sunland Funeral home made the arrangements. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Fountain of Life Lutheran Church or the Arizona Humane Society.
