Linda was born on March 20, 1949 to her parents Paul and Julia Haubold. She grew up in Elmwood Park, New Jersey where she attended St. Leo's Elementary School and Elmwood Memorial High School.
Linda later went on to own and operate her own real estate and mortgage company in West New York, New Jersey with her husband Paul where she specialized in commercial real estate.
Linda was a woman of many proud titles: Mother, Friend, Caretaker, Business Woman, Daughter, and Sister. She took pride in her family and home.
Loving, compassionate, caring, witty, keen sense of humor, welcoming, hard working, excellent cook, religious, brave, and strong are just some of the words that come to mind when you think of Linda.
Linda enjoyed any time spent with family and friends, cooking, hosting holiday parties, and spending time with her puppy. Without hesitation, she would complement and support others. Linda would show her love and care by bringing people together in a warm inviting home, always making friends and family comfortable around her table. Linda was considered "hostess extraordinaire" and knew how to make anyone feel at home and part of her extended family. Everyone was always welcome in her home at her perfectly appointed table with delicious home cooked meals. She always ensured everyone had their meals prepared with love.
During her painful recovery her biggest concern was not about herself but about all the people she could not care for during this time. She was eager to return home and start entertaining and feeding her extended family.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents Paul Haubold and Julia Crispino Haubold.
Linda is survived by and missed by her husband, Paul Falzone, daughter, Lisa Falzone, and sister Margaret Tortajada. She also leaves behind 8 nieces (Renee, Andrea, Madison, Arica, Cameron, Skylar, Ellis, and Marjorie) and 2 nephews Michael & Derrick as well as countless friends and extended family, who all enjoyed her sharp wit and good humor.
A memorial service will be held for Linda at the American Lutheran Church of Sun City, 17200 N Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85373, on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 12:00pm MST (2:00PM EST).
