Jane was born on July 13, 1921 in Tonawanda, NY. She was a long-time member of Salem United Church of Christ in Tonawanda for many years. She worked as a payroll clerk for both Jenss Department Store and then Marine Midland Bank until her retirement in 1984. She did volunteer work at Degraff Hospital in North Tonawanda, NY until she suffered a stroke in 2000.
It was then that she moved to Arizona to be close to family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lureman and Mabel Bush and two sisters, Elda Osgood and Ruth Sitzmann.
She is survived by two brothers-in-law, Clayton Osgood and Russell Sitzmann, several nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Peoria in Peoria, AZ. She will be laid to rest at Evangelical Protestant Cemetery in Wendelville, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley or Salem United Church of Christ.
